Processing & Shipping times
Most orders are shipped from Los Angeles CA, USA, and may change depending on our base location. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in product description or ain shop page. Orders placed by 5pm EST during business days usually ship same day. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or two with any tracking information available – you can also check order status by logging into your account.
All orders over $50 receive free shipping with USPS Priority to the contiguous United States.
USPS First Class
US & International – because of it’s low cost, this option does not offer tracking or insurance and may take up to 2 weeks depending on location. We can not hold responsibility for lost, damaged, or late packages using this option. Please use at your own risk!
US – typically delivered in 2-3 days average but can take longer. All order will receive tracking information.
International – typically delivered in 1-2 weeks average but can take longer. All order will receive tracking information.
US – typically delivered in 1 day. All order will receive tracking information.
International – typically delivered in 1-2 weeks. All order will receive tracking information and include $100 insurance.
For all returned packages due to incorrect information by customer, additional shipping fee must be paid by customer. Customer may have option for refund for difference of shipping fee. For all returned packages due to incorrect information by us, additional shipping fee will be paid by us.
We currently do not offer options to add insurance. USPS includes $50 insurance for Priority Mail and $100 insurance for Express Mail.
Lost/stolen package claims should be filed with USPS (United States Postal Service) between 45 and 90 days after shipment. There are no refunds for lost, stolen, or undelivered orders.
You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing goods. Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders other than “merchandise” or lower the values.

NOTE: There are no refunds for lost, stolen, or undelivered orders as you agree that the shipping is not our responsibility once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we allow returns effective for only 10 days (14 days international) after your date of purchase for either a refund or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. 10 day (15 days international) after date of purchase, you may only receive store credit for 75% of original purchase. 21 days after date of purchase will not be eligible for return, exchanges, or store credit.
All items delivered back in original condition will receive a 100% refund issued to their original method of payment. All items delivered back not in original condition will receive a 50%-75% partial refund (determined upon inspection) issued to their original method of payment. PayPal refunds will be instant once issued and Credit Card refunds may take up to 5 days once issued.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped to the address provided and must include your order number or original receipt.
