I am having an issue ordering, what do i do?
Contact us and let us know what issue you are having. We typically respond to most emails within an hour, but in some cases can take up to 48 hours for a response.

I made an order and my card/PayPal got charged, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email!
Confirmation emails are sent automatically by our system after a successful order. If your card or PayPal got charged and you do not see an email from us, double check your spam/junk mail. If you still don’t see it, contact us right away with the full name on the order.

When do I get my tracking information?
Tracking information is sent to your email within 24 hours, but in some cases can take up to 48 hours. If you still don’t see it, contact us right away with the full name on the order.

How long does shipping take?
US: 2-5 days from shipped date depending on your location.
International: Up to 2 weeks from shipped date depending on your location.

What do I do if I submitted any wrong information on my order?
All orders are process daily at 5pm. Please contact us immediately prior to 5pm before the item is shipped.
