Hopefully a lot of die hards made it out to some of our retailers to grab a few pieces. Although a lot of us have been holding onto a lot of product for a while, it was still a bit hard to keep a good stock. While I go through and get inventory set up for our shop, please check out the Winter release titled Knock Offs that I shot along with Amanda Thurlow and Eric King.

The Big Deal Project 2
February 11th, 2010 · 1 Comment
When we first started this last year, the purpose of this project was to introduce folks to the people in our young generation bringing life to Philly and representing the city in every way they possibly can. Whether through art, music, or just plain entertainment, these fine folks weren’t ashamed of where they were from and showed it. This year we expanded to the DMV, with the help of JuJu and 1st Impressions Studio, to introduce some of the folks that support us and are also making an impact in their area. We are now pleased to introduce our second installment of the Big Deal Project. Enjoy, while listening to the fine tunes hand selected by Brian the Dogg.

Our second installment of The Big Deal Project will be available shortly for your viewing pleasure. Hopefully we will release it tomorrow, but don’t quote me on that. After that we will be hitting you folks upside the head with our winter Anml droppings.

Now that we’re all recovered, let’s get back to some blogging bidness. Major shout outs to Asaad, Shinobi Ninja, Ninjasonik, Wordspit, The Paxtons, Lyriciss, 215Mag, Uristocrat, Babylon Cartel, Orange Line Philly, Golden Boyz, DJ Phsh, Fame, Skillit, Ciarra (huge thankyou), the owner (who probably hates me now), all the photographers, all the people that came through and supported, and the dickhead that broke the glass in the bathroom. Below are a lot of raw and unedited photos taken by our wonderful buddy Amanda.

January 13th, 2010 · 3 Comments
We want to thank everyone that made it to our shoot this past weekend for our Big Deal Project. If you are in the DMV area the next few days, contact JuJu for information on an AnmlHse shoot taking place down there. We would love for all our supporters to be involved.

PS – More fun on the way.
SAVE HAITI
January 13th, 2010 · No Comments
The most recent news I was able to get was the near destruction of my mother’s birth house in Port-au-Prince. There was property damage but no injury reports and immediately after that, we all lost communication with everyone on the country. I’m still waiting on news as to what is going on down there and as much as I am in shock being born in the States, I could only imagine what’s going on through my parents’ minds.
I enjoy the Haitian jokes my friends tell and sometimes partake in, but I believe we are now in a more serious situation where we can all cut the joking around for a minute and find a way to help. If you haven’t already done so, you can text YELE to 501501 to send $5 over to Wyclef’s relief fund and be rest assured it is going into the right hands. And if you feel more generous, text HAITI to 90999 to donate $10. Also, if you will be attending our anniversary event, I will be setting up a donation box so please bring a few extra bucks to donate at the door. I will give more details on that later.

Here are a few people already taking a step for our generation:
