Photos: Devil’s Pool Wissahickon Creek

Yesterday, we headed out to Devil’s Pool in the Wissahickon Valley area of Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park. With everyone going back to their respective institutions this week, we were in search of the perfect way to spend the last weekend of the summer. This was definitely the perfect move for relaxation and soaking in nature’s beauty. One side was filled with rocks strategically planted for death, while the other side was any hiker’s dream with a 24 foot jump. If you’re scared of baby snakes, beware of this area.
