The Paxtons Video Shoot

About 4 or 5 month ago, I was introduced to an underground spot called Medusa Lounge. I’ve heard about it before then from a fellow DJ and never made the effort to check it out until I was invited to an event he was playing at. Looking from the outside I never thought it would be a place that I would ever return to. Surprisingly, after an hour of $2 PBR’s and Keith Haring imitations all over the walls I was convinced that we had to throw something there. The same night I hit up Reem and told him we had to have our first event there. A month later and we now host First Fridays with DJ Cool Hand Luke and DJ Mat Pat.

Fast forward to a month after when The Paxtons were in town to check out our event. All I remember is them pulling me to the side and telling me how they had to shoot their first video here. In not sure if it was the walls, the females, the drinks, or the combination of all three that convinced them. But BOOM! here we are at The Paxtons video shoot.
